Atif Aslam sang an Indian song at the Independence Day parade in New York and faced severe criticism on social media.
Many thought it was inappropriate to sing an Indian song at an event held to mark Independence Day and left the concert midway.

Atif Aslam himself has not responded to the accusations yet. But despite the fact he has supporters who stand by their favorite.
