Before doing cleansing dip a towel in the boil water and then wrap your arms, hands and feet in it for 2-3 minutes. Repeat the same procedure 4-5 times and then massage your hands, arms, and feet with some good cleansing lotion or with cold cream.
After doing it for some days apply the lemon on these areas and then wash after about half an hour.
