Pakistan’s first food channel HUM Masala is celebrating its 8th anniversary on 27th September, 2014. The occasion will be celebrated in a befitting manner with a special live transmission from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

This transmission will be filled with fun, games and for live callers to win some special and exciting prizes. Along with celebrity chefs and fun-loving experts, there will be many celebrities, singers and talented actors and chefs from some of the finest eateries in Karachi who will be joining the Masala team on this momentous occasion.
There will also be a live screening of the anniversary cake-making process which will be cut by the top management of HUM Network, including Ms Sultana Siddiqui and Mr Ather Viqar Azeem.
This anniversary marks yet another milestone achieved by the Masala team, in the face of other cooking channels that opened up after Masala and later shut down their transmissions as solely cooking channel.

The credit goes to HUM Network under the management of which the channel has maintained its quality of cooking shows aired since its inception eight years ago. As the pioneer 24-hour cooking channel in Pakistan, Masala has set the standards for its current and future competitors.
