A teenager from Tehran has reportedly undergone 50 surgeries only to look like her idol Angelina Jolie. Media reports claimed that Instagram user Sahar Tabar has left no stone unturned to follow the Hollywood star. She even believes that she is the biggest fan of Angelina Jolie and wants to do everything to copy her.
