Tensions have increased between pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) after a clash between the members of the two parties at Hakim Saeed Ground in Karachi.
Commenting on this, PTI leader Dr Aamir Liaquat has said that the PPP members were drunk. “They abused me and tore my clothes. I went there to pacify the situation but the PPP members treated me very badly,” he said.
Liaquat further said that the PPP hooligans attacked me in the police station, abused me and tore my clothes. How will they provide food, clothing and shelter to the people when they themselves are tearing others’ clothes, he said. The agitated PTI members are outside Aziz Bhatti police station
