Promotions shomotions. So what if Mahira Khan has been barred from promoting Raees in India? The star has enough sizzle to cause a commotion just by appearing opposite Shah Rukh Khan on the new Raees poster!
This morning SRK shared two new looks on Twitter for the January release, each showing a different side to the film.
The first is a picture of Shah Rukh Khan looking ‘zaalima’ in a black keffiyeh style head wrap and aviators.
The second one has a battered Shah Rukh Khan leaning against Mahira Khan.This is the first time another character has shared space with SRK in a Raees poster. And she looks good with him!
SRK tweeted the poster with the poster’s tagline ‘Tu shama hai toh yaad rakhna… Main bhi hoon parwana… (If you are a flame, do remember, I’m a moth)’.
From the looks of it, Mahira Khan may have a small role in the film but it is by no means insignificant. Maybe the tagline is a hint for an upcoming song? We shall find out soon enough! Raees is set for release January 25.
