For an occasion as prestigious and majestic as the Oscars, how can one fail to realize that not anything worn can be complimented?! Whoopi Goldberg can easily be enthroned for Oscars 2009’s ‘Worst Dressed Celebrity’ and it was not at all a tough pick!
