Hajira Ali of JEEM along with Hamza Bokhari the head designer of JEEM organised a bloggers meet up at their store in Fashion Pakistan Lounge, Mini Market Gulberg to preview the collection they showcased at London Fashion Week and Fashion Pakistan Week.
As fashion conscious women found increasingly hard to take time out and seek party wear/ formal outfits from the reclusive designer community, JEEM offered them off the rack luxury at affordable prices.
Founded by Hajira Ali & with Hamza Bokhari as the creative director, JEEM has come a long way in the last 3 years or so.
Known for traditional artisan techniques, coupled with both modern and classic silhouettes, JEEM has travelled some distance in this short time span of 3 years. from winning the Bank Alfalah Talent award at 2015 PFDC Bridal Sunsilk Fashion Week to participating in both the ashion Pakistan weeks in sept 2016 and feb 2017, jeem has offered both high end customized bridal/ formal wear and affordable pret wear.
Feather in the cap was being chosen for the fashion scout at the London Fashion Week 2017: where JEEM presented the collection “songs of my nation”. the collection embodied intricate craftsmanship coupled with creative silhouettes managed critical acclaim from the fashion pundits. coverage in the magazine, British Vogue, was a testament to the hard work put in by both the creative team and the artisans at JEEM.
