Bumble – the social network by women, for everyone, hosted a special celebration for Bumble Bizz, the networking mode of the app on Thursday night in Mumbai. The event also marked the announcement of the ‘Find Them on Bumble’ campaign, which goes live across Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore on Monday.
Actor and philanthropist Priyanka Chopra Jonas – who is also an investor in and global advisor to Bumble – hosted the elegant soirée at Estella for an intimate gathering of women achievers, including Bumble’s Global Director of Strategy Priti Joshi, Akanksha Hazari, Anjula Acharia, Anusha Dandekar, Devita Saraf, Dr. Karishma Vijan, Imaan Javan, Namrata Purohit, Pooja Dhingra, and Pernia Qureshi, who also feature in the ‘Find Them on Bumble’ campaign.
The evening began with a fireside chat which saw Priyanka Chopra Jonas in conversation with author and columnist, Gayatri Rangachari Shah. The discussion spanned a range of topics, as Ms. Chopra Jonas shared her experiences and learnings while pursuing both her creative and entrepreneurial careers. This was followed by an elegant sit-down dinner against a backdrop of Mumbai’s landmark Juhu Beach.
