Fashion designer Nauman Arfeen showcased a unique but dominating collection called “The Sands of Time” for both men and women at day 2 of Fashion Pakistan Week 2013.
Nauman Arfeen “The Sands of Time” Collection incorporated materials like Irish linen, cotton, blended fabrics, polyester and woolen threading with embroideries and embellishments inspired of Mughal and Islamic art. Use of rock based colors like off white, white, grey, beige and brown strongly contained the message that sand remains sand, molded and sculpted to any form that one desires.
The makeup and styling of fashion models showcasing Nauman Arfeen Collection at Fashion Pakistan Week 2013 Day 2 was done by Saba Ansari.
Faisal Farooqui and his team at Dragonfly did the photography of the show whereas Catwalk Event Management & Productions choreographed the Fashion Pakistan Week 5 with back stage management by Production [021] & show production by CKO. The PR of this 5th edition of Fashion Pakistan Week was handled by Lotus Client Management and Public Relations.
Nauman Arfeen Summer/Spring Showcase at Fashion Pakistan Week 2013 was entitled "The Sands of Time", bringing viewers in touch with Pakistan's cultural heritage.
