Pakistan Fashion Week “The Cultural Fusion” took place between May 30 and to June 1 at the Russell Hotel in London; PFW will feature 30 of the most distinguished Pakistani designers, showcasing their collections across 3 stunning shows, while 45 glamorous models strut along a 70 ft long runway.
Weddings of Asia (Pakistan Fashion Week 6) took place at the Russell Hotel, London on the 30th May – 01 June 2014 was a hugely successful show hosted by Riwayat.
The fashion show has provided an exclusive opportunity to experience the vibrancy of Asian fashion in London, the UK and beyond over a 3 day period of glamour and sophistication.
Among the main stream of fashion designers, Shariq Textiles, one of the leading fashion brands in Pakistan also showcased its versatile and glamorous collection. Since their launching in 2009, they have been presenting collections to suit every taste and style. Their PFWL 2014 Collection showcased feminine cuts in pastel colours and ethno prints.
Pakistan fashion week London was hosted by well-known BBC anchor Atika. Some of the prominent famous models walk the ramp including Sabika, Maha, Rubaab and Sadaf with Head Styling by Huma Tahir Supported by the Makeup of Taniya Khan.
ARY TV Network provided the media support since the inception of PFW, Riwayat’s success has echoed around the world. The event is organized by designer Adnan Ansari, under his banner Riwayat, which means ‘traditions’.
