It seems like today everybody wants to lose weight not gain. True, our country is having a major problem with obesity, but there are still those of us who would do just about anything to gain weight. For some people gaining weight is close to impossible. You wake up and eat, go to work and eat, come home and eat and your weight stays the same. The simple solution to gain your weight is that you need to eat more. While most people say they would love to be in your shoes, the reality is that it is equally annoying to feel like you would look better with a few extra pounds of toned muscle, as it is for an over weight person to say they would like to lose some weight.
It’s unhealthy to eat everything you see just because you want to gain weight. A person can be of less weight and have high cholesterol. The healthier way to gain weight is to exercise (mainly lifting weights) and eat properly (especially complex carbon hydrates). Exercise will make you feel hungrier (you will eat more) and your muscles will grow hence the weight. Muscles weight is more than fat, so you will gain weight without damaging your health or having problems like cellulite. With exercise don’t forget those daily multivitamins. Your body will crave all the nutrients it can get for healing from weight training. You shouldn’t be paying attention to the standard daily nutrition. It doesn’t apply to you when you’re tackling ways to gain weight and not loose weight.
